This Privacy Policy explains what information Ominza LLC, an Illinois limited liability company trading as Ominza (“Ominza”, “we”, “us”, “our”), collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you create an account or place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing address, and your confirmation that you are 21 or older and that materials are for in-vitro research use. If you contact us, we keep the content of that correspondence.
Payment information. Card and bank details are entered directly with our payment processor and are handled by that processor. We do not receive or store full payment card numbers or bank account numbers on this website.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security infrastructure records standard server log data, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and troubleshooting.
Cookies
We use only the cookies required for the website to function: session cookies that keep you signed in and keep the contents of your cart. We do not run third-party analytics on this website, and we do not use advertising or social media tracking pixels.
How we use your information
- To create and maintain your account and verify eligibility to purchase;
- To process, pack, ship and track your orders;
- To send transactional messages such as order confirmations and shipping notifications;
- To respond to your enquiries;

Because of the nature of what we supply, we record the date and time of the research-use confirmation you give when you create an account and when you place an order. We retain these records as evidence of the basis on which the sale was made.
Data retention
We keep order and account records for as long as we are required to for tax, accounting and regulatory purposes, and for as long as needed to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements. You may ask us to close your account at any time.
Security
This website is served over HTTPS and access to order data is restricted to authorised personnel. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may review and update your account details by signing in. You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Requests should be sent to ominza2k25@gmail.com from the email address on the account.
Illinois residents and residents of other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws may have additional rights; we will honour those rights where they apply to us.
Age restriction
This website is not directed to anyone under 21 years of age and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Where this website links to a third-party site, such as a carrier tracking page, that site has its own privacy practices and we are not responsible for them.
